As an Account Manager, you will collaborate with Account Executives to deliver project level support for selected accounts. You will support and enable the Taylor account team on execution of individual projects, taking responsibility for ensuring the projects have the resources and insights necessary to meet client objectives and goals. Working daily with client(s) on the development and delivery of client experiences means you have an understanding of experience development processes and support integrated project management.
Within this role, you’ll develop internal and client facing partnerships with Taylor’s Operations and Creative staff to present an integrated Taylor team, working jointly on client tactics and strategy.
You’ll be successful if you are able to:
Provide day-to-day support on selected client projects, both internally and client facing. This includes supporting deliverables and project level budgets.
Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional staff: Strategy, Creative Services, Technology and Operations.

What You Need
3-5 years experience coordinating or managing marketing or experiential programs, preferably in an agency environment
Post secondary education in business or marketing
Strong written and verbal communication, including active listening
Ability to travel up to 35%, often on short notice
Ability to work some evenings and weekends as required to support program and client deliverables
Mastery of Word, PowerPoint and/or Keynote and Excel
