Account Manager

We’re always on the lookout for talented account managers.  We may not have an opening at the moment but if you think you’ve got something we need, please send us an email. Let us know what you’re currently doing, what you’d like to be doing, and why you think we should have you do that at Taylor.

As an Account Manager, you will collaborate with Account Executives to deliver project level support for selected accounts. You will support and enable the Taylor account team on execution of individual projects, taking responsibility for ensuring the projects have the resources and insights necessary to meet client objectives and goals. Working daily with client(s) on the development and delivery of client experiences means you have an understanding of experience development processes and support integrated project management.

Within this role, you’ll develop internal and client facing partnerships with Taylor’s Operations and Creative staff to present an integrated Taylor team, working jointly on client tactics and strategy.

You’ll be successful if you are able to:

Provide day-to-day support on selected client projects, both internally and client facing. This includes supporting deliverables and project level budgets.

Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional staff: Strategy, Creative Services, Technology and Operations.

Who You Are
Outgoing: You love interacting with people. In fact, your interactions with people give you energy. You love what you do, and people enjoy working with you.

Eager: You are self-motivated to impress your managers, peers, and clients. You take the initiative to learn about Taylor’s capabilities and solutions and use those to propose new ideas, and opportunities to improve your projects and accounts.

Self-starter: You can see your way through a project’s deliverables and are more inclined to make recommendations for solutions than to wait for someone to give you direction. You’re also smart enough to know when you need to ask for help.
